Managing Director Retirement & Appointment 


On 31 March 2021 Robert Loxton is retiring his position as managing director of Waldersey Farms Limited, a position he has occupied for 30 years. Robert will continue involvement with the business as a non executive director. 


Alastair Kerr moves from his position as a non executive director to the role of managing director having shadowed the role with Robert for some time. 
It is the intention for the company to continue its broad trajectory of growth, recognising the commitment and quality of its uniquely skilled workforce which enables expansion to continue. 


The trading relationships built with customers and suppliers are fundamental to the future prosperity of all parties and Alastair looks forward to meeting you all in his new role when Covid restrictions pass. 

Alastair is from a farming family in Suffolk where he has gained experience of a wide range of farming activities and diversified projects and operations. 


Robert's continuing role will enable him to thank you for the support and knowledge that you have provided to the company over many years and looks forward to seeing these important relationships continuing for many years to come.
