Today marked a significant milestone for Waldersey Farms as we hosted a visit from Royal London Asset Management (RLAM), who recently acquired a majority share in our operations.
The visit brought 50 members of the RLAM team to our fields in Norfolk, and we were able to give them an in-depth look at the farming operations and the work we do here. It was a great opportunity for us to show the scale of the business and the principles that drive us, particularly our focus on regenerative farming and building natural capital on the land.
Throughout the day, we guided our guests through various aspects of the farm, from the advanced machinery that supports our daily operations to the infrastructure that sustains our long-term growth. Most of the group had no experience of farming, so it was great to see their genuine interest and growing understanding of the complexities involved in modern agriculture.
One of the key moments was demonstrating our commitment to sustainable farming practices. We have long believed in the importance of regenerative agriculture, and it was pleasing to share these efforts with our new partners. The RLAM team’s enthusiasm and engagement were clear indicators of their commitment to the success of this venture, and we were pleased to see how this visit deepened their connection to the work we do.
