Waldersey Farms is seeking a Farm Management Accountant to join its team and play a key role in the financial management of our extensive agricultural operations.
This position offers the opportunity to combine finance expertise with a genuine interest in agriculture, sustainability, and innovation. Working closely with the Managing Director and farm management team, you’ll provide financial insight that directly influences operational decisions across crop production, precision farming, and regenerative agricultural practices.
Responsibilities include management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, bookkeeping, VAT returns, and financial analysis to support strategic initiatives ranging from technology investments to sustainability projects.
Essential Requirements
- Strong management accounting and financial reporting skills
- AAT qualified (ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or qualified preferred)
- Advanced Excel and accounting software experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in management accounting
